1) Overview
This policy explains what data Math Challenge collects, how we use it, and your rights. We request only what's needed and follow iOS privacy controls like App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
2) What we collect
a) You provide: support messages you send to us; on-device game data (high scores, settings).
b) Automatic: device/usage data for functionality and stability; advertising data via Google AdMob (e.g., ad impressions, approximate location/country, device info).
We do not collect your name, phone number, or precise location.
3) How we use data
Provide/improve the app, show ads (including frequency capping/fraud prevention), communicate about support, and comply with law.
4) Advertising (AdMob)
We use Google AdMob. Depending on your settings, AdMob may process device identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location, and device info.
- ATT / IDFA: If you allow tracking, IDFA may be used for personalized ads; if not, ads are non-personalized.
- SKAdNetwork: Apple may provide anonymous install attribution.
5) Legal bases (EEA/UK)
- Consent: access to IDFA/personalized ads.
- Legitimate interests: app operations, security, non-personalized ads/fraud prevention.
- Legal obligation: where required.
6) Children's privacy
Where required, we show non-personalized ads and limit data. If you believe a child shared personal info with us directly, email nazrdogan@gmail.com and we'll delete it.
7) Sharing
With service providers (e.g., AdMob), authorities if required, or during business transfers. We do not sell personal data.
8) International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
9) Retention
On-device game data stays until you delete the app/reset data. Support emails are kept only as needed. Ad data is retained by AdMob per Google policies.
10) Your rights
Depending on your region: access, correct, delete, object, restrict, port data, and withdraw consent. Contact nazrdogan@gmail.com to exercise rights or ask questions. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
11) Security
We use reasonable security measures, but no method is 100% secure.
12) Third-party links
Third-party sites/services follow their own policies.
13) Changes
We may update this policy and will change the Effective date above and notify when required.
